Card Reading Peripheral devices – what is (and isn’t) supported by Viva.com Terminal App
You can see, on the table below, what is (and isn’t) supported by Viva.com Terminal App:

*At present the** Mini Card Reader (Bluelight)** is the only accessory that is supported.
Merchant responsibilities

Pair the reader only inside the Viva.com Terminal pairing flow.

Physically protect the reader and inspect it for tampering before each use.

Keep the Terminal app up to date (updates include firmware checks for the reader).

Contact Viva Customer Support immediately if the reader is lost or stolen.
Connecting any non‑approved device (e.g. generic MSR or USB reader) breaches the Viva.com Terms & Conditions and may result in chargeback liability and service suspension.
