Lock Card

You can lock your business or employee debit card PIN via the Viva.com app.

1. Log in to your Viva.com Account from the Viva.com app

2. Select Lock

3. You will be asked to confirm your card lock

4. By selecting Lock your card will be locked and cannot be used for transaction

Go to Menu > Cards and select Lock or Unlock respectively for the card you wish to manage.
