Where can I view my card details?

You can view the details of your business or employee (physical or digital) Viva.com card in the following ways:

#Through the Viva.com app

1. Log in to your Viva.com account from the Viva.com app

   1. If you have more than one card, select the desired card by swiping horizontally

2. Click on Card Details button

3. Select View Card Details

4. You will receive a Push Notification in your enrolled mobile device to authorize your request

5. Select Continue

Your card details will then be displayed.

#Via Browser:

1. Log in to your viva.com account through your device's browser

2. From the Dashboard, select the desired card from the dropdown list

3. Tap on Details

4. Select Show card details

5. You will receive a Push Notification in your enrolled mobile device to authorize your request

6. Select Continue

Your card details will then be displayed.
