The purpose of this article is to show you how to locate the NFC reader in the Viva.com Terminal app without processing a payment.
Steps:

Open the Viva.com Terminal app.
Ensure that you are on the transaction screen or the keypad screen.

Begin moving the card around the back of your phone until the message appears:
“Please remove your card.”
When this message appears on the screen, you have identified the exact location of the NFC chip.

Now that you know the NFC location, you can proceed with processing payments.
