How do I get a balance certificate for my business account?

You can request a balance statement for your business account by sending an email to [email protected] from the email address registered with your Viva.com account.

In your email, include:

• Full name and Business name (if applicable)

• Registered phone number

• Business Tax ID

• Desired date for the balance statement (e.g. 28/03/2026)

We'll send updates about your request to the email address registered with your Viva.com account.
