How do I create an additional business account?

If you already have a Viva.com account, you can create an additional Merchant Account to manage another business separately within the same platform.

Note: An additional business account can be created only via browser.

#Create an additional Merchant Account

1. Sign in to your existing Viva.com account using your account credentials.

2. On the home screen, select Create Merchant Account.

3. Provide the following information for the new business:

   • Business type

   • Business name

   • Legal entity type (for example, GP, Ltd or SA)

   • Registration number / GEMI

   • Country of incorporation

   • Trading name (the name shown on receipts and bank statements)

   • Business category

   • Tax Identification Number (TIN)

4. Submit the information to create your new Merchant Account.

You can then sign in to your new Merchant Account and complete the onboarding process.
